REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT 5PM on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST MENU DETAILS: TBA PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CAPPING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR THIS EVENT AT 42. Limitations are as follows: Members & their family members on their account ONLY (no non-member guests or friends), reservation sizes are capped at 2 people per account, & a limit of 8 people per table. You may still request to sit with other members in the reservation notes, but the number of people at the table may not exceed 8. If space allows, we may open registration to non-member guests/friends 72 hours before the event. Cancellation Policy Strictly Enforced: The booking member who makes the registration in the Invited App is responsible for all guests in their party. This means you will be held accountable for any fees incurred for each person who cancels within 48 hours of the event or does not show up that evening. Reservations canceled within 48 hours or less of the event date are subject to a $20++ per person Cancellation Fee. Members with reservations or guests of their party who are no-shows for the event are subject to a $20++ per person No-Show Fee. Any applicable fees will be charged to your account at the time of cancellation or the night of the event when we determine how many guests in your party did not show up. Please be respectful of our Members on the waitlist, & let us know if your party size has changed or if you need to cancel your registration. You have until 6 pm on Monday, September 15th to make these changes yourself in the Invited App with no charge. After 6pm on Monday, September 15th, you will need to email Danielle.Kovalick@InvitedClubs.com to do so, & the $20 fee per person will be charged to your account.
