Packages

All Wedding Packages are priced per person and include the following amenities:

Packages are limited to a four hour room rental, not to exceed midnight. Your room rental begins at the start of your cocktail hour. You may extend you reservation at a rate of $300 per hour (does not include bar services).

Food & Beverage

Each Package includes your choice of a buffet or plated meal. Please see package details for specific menus.
When offering three (3) choices of entrées, please note there is a $3.00 premium charge per guest.
Children's Meals are available for a price of $15.95 per child (ages 5 – 11; No charge for children under 4) Meal: Chicken Fingers,
French Fries, Fruit Cup and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

The Hosting Party is responsible to provide Brier Creek Country Club with Place Cards denoting each guest's entrée. Your final guest count is due by 5pm the Monday prior to your wedding date.

Bar packages are priced separately.

Ceremony at Brier Creek Country Club

There is a $900 fee if you would like to have your wedding ceremony at Brier Creek Country Club. If you wish to have your ceremony take place inside, Palmer's Cove can accommodate up to 135 seated guests.
Brier Creek will provide the bridal party with facilities to get dressed, three hours prior to the ceremony start time. One hour prior to the ceremony you will have access to the Ladies' and Men's Lounges.
Substitute plans will be arranged; locations are determined by guest counts and banquet space reserved for the reception. A decision will be made 24 hours in advance of the ceremony.

You will be responsible for providing a wedding coordinator for the rehearsal and day of the ceremony. Brier Creek will coordinate your rehearsal and ceremony for $1,000 fee.
