Q:  Do I have to live at Brier Creek Country Club to be a member of the Club?
A:  No.  Brier Creek Country Club offers many Non-Resident classifications of membership, including Dining, Annual Tennis, Annual Golf, and both Invitational and Permanent Non-Resident Golf.

Q:  Does one membership grant access to my entire family?
A:  Membership includes the member, member's spouse, and their dependent children under the age of 23, either living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.

Q:  Is the initiation fee due up front, or can I defer my payments?
A:  Brier Creek Country Club offers deferred payment options for many classifications of Resident and Non-Resident memberships.  No additional fees or finance charges are assessed to members wishing to defer their payment over multiple years.

Q:  How many golf members will there be at the Club?
A:  A cap of 495 has been placed on the Golf Membership at Brier Creek Country Club.

Q:  Do I have to be a Club Member if I live in the community?
A:  Yes.  All residents of Brier Creek Country Club are required to hold at least a Social Membership.  Social Membership gives members access to the swimming facilities, dining facilities and social functions held at Brier Creek Country Club. 

Q:  Is Brier Creek an equity Club?
A:  No, however most categories of membership have an 80% transfer payment upon resale.
